Roadmap to the Future of Matrix One

There are bright things ahead — here’s what we’re planning for the upcoming year.

Since the inception of Matrix One, we’ve worked hard to create the first and best fully 3D AI avatar protocol, while keeping our community at the heart of our development process. Here’s what we’ve been working on, and what we’re planning going forward.

Q2 2024

After a strong launch earlier this year, including the enormous success of our flagship product, Avatar.One, we’re looking ahead to an even stronger future. With 120K active users and 100K connected Solana wallets, our flagship product gives an indication of Matrix One’s potential.

And with the release of our litepaper, the closing of our KOL strategic round, and several partnerships in Q2 (including Tensor, Akash, and Nosana) we are clearly expanding.

The securing of the MS Azure AI grant this same quarter and the hugely successful launch of Season 1 of our Neos Points Program point to support from investors and our community alike. As we continue to grow, we will keep strengthening our commitments to those who believe in Matrix One as much as we do.

Q3 2024

In the third quarter of this year, we continue to push Matrix One to new heights. The pinnacle of these efforts is the launch of our token, $MATRIX. With the closing of our private round, we’re ramping up for the IDO launch via several launchpads including Seedify, Polkastarter, ChainGPT, and eesee

Following the IDO, $MATRIX will be made available on both centralized and decentralized exchanges.

Alongside the public launch, we’ll be sending out our first airdrop for Season 1 of the Neos Points Program before shifting into Season 2 to give users more chances to earn.

To round out this quarter, we’ll be at Solana Breakpoint and TOKEN2049 conferences to better connect with the Web3 community.

Q4 2024

Our unique avatar marketplace, Character One, is set to launch in Q4, less than a year after Matrix One’s public debut. It will allow avatar creators, app developers, and end users to find each other, creating the world’s first 3D AI avatar marketplace.

With the launch of Character One, we also aim to release a beta version of our Web JS SDK and API, making Matrix One technology available to all. With that also comes our mainnet protocol launch and the onboarding of our first game studios.

And finally, the end of 2024 will see the implementation of our DAO platform proposal voting to ensure Matrix One is truly decentralized and democratized.

Q1 2025

We’ll start 2025 with the beta launch of both our Unity SDK and Unreal Engine SDK, making Matrix One technology even more accessible. Our first chatbot customer onboarding is also planned for this quarter, as well as a campaign allowing users to create their own on-chain characters.

This quarter will also see our AI-powered avatars become even more adept at anticipating user needs and having human-like conversations with the integration of Bittensor’s subnet 1.
